TEAM MANAGER

Overseeing a mix of inbound and outbound contact campaigns for a wide range of clients, you’ll ensure we continuously hit client targets and drive improvements. To achieve this, you’ll need to use your excellent people skills to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also need a keen eye for detail when it comes to analysing performance and identifying future opportunities for improvement.
